Our analysis provides the evidence and arguments needed to drive change. Here you can find our policy briefs, in-depth reports, and expert analysis on the state of Loss and Damage finance and the performance of the Fund.

Pledge & Accountability Tracker

Accountability is the bedrock of climate justice.
Our flagship “Pledge and Accountability Tracker” is a comprehensive dashboard designed to ensure transparency at every stage of Loss and Damage finance.

First, we track the promises: monitoring public pledges, analysing their quality
(are they grants or repackaged loans or aid?), and verifying their conversion into real, accessible money.

Second, we follow the money to the ground level. The Tracker monitors how these resources are disbursed and used within countries, specifically assessing whether the process centres community needs and promotes local leadership.

By illuminating this entire journey, the Tracker makes every actor in the process accountable, from the contributor to the implementing agency, to guarantee that the funds deliver real, community-led solutions.
